Material Handler

Become a vital part of Joe Johnson Equipment as a Material Handler in Edmonton, Alberta. This hands-on role is essential for the safe and timely distribution of materials within our manufacturing Parts Department.

As a Material Handler, you will support daily operations by receiving, stocking, and distributing production materials. Candidates should have previous shipping and receiving experience, along with valid forklift certification. This role is important for ensuring that materials are tracked and reported accurately while maintaining safety standards throughout the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery trucks effectively

• Receive, locate, and stock production materials

• Manage changes in locations and labeling

• Assist with inventory reporting and cycle counts

• Deliver materials to various production areas

Requirements:

• Experience in shipping and receiving roles

• Valid forklift certification required

• Proficient with Windows and Outlook systems

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
