As an entry-level Production Technician, you'll join Tolko's High Prairie Oriented Strand Board Division. Key Responsibilities:
• Produce OSB safely with a high-performance team
• Perform various labour duties to enhance productivity
• Analyse and troubleshoot production issues effectively
• Communicate with team leads for efficient operations
• Maintain a rotating 12-hour shift schedule
Requirements:
• Commitment to safe working practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in demanding conditions
• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
• Forklift or loader operation experience is an asset
