Manufacturing Supervisor

Position: Manufacturing Supervisor at iRhythm Technologies
Lead manufacturing operations as a Production Supervisor at iRhythm Technologies in Orange County. Drive team performance and ensure high-quality medical device production through effective supervision and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production to meet quality standards

• Monitor performance and attendance to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required

• 3-5 years in manufacturing, 1-2 years in supervisory roles

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP regulations

• Strong communication and organizational skills
