As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of PCBA production within a fast-paced environment. Your technical acumen and experience with SMT and rework processes will help enhance product quality. Collaborate effectively with various teams to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support PCBA operations ensuring efficiency and quality
• Develop and document manufacturing processes and instructions
• Provide production support and technical guidance
• Review customer requirements and manufacturing conditions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflows
Requirements:
• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with electronic assembly processes
• Knowledge of IPC standards and quality assurance
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
