Material Handler Role Alberta

Become a Material Handler in Edmonton, Alberta, ensuring the safe and efficient management of production materials. Focus on distribution, inventory, and safety within our Parts Department.

We are seeking a hands-on Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will track parts, conduct inventory counts, and manage the delivery of materials throughout the facility. Adherence to safety policies is crucial, as is timely reporting of discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the production back-order parts list

• Assist with cycle counts and daily inventory reports

• Deliver material to required locations in the facility

• Check for materials and report low stock levels

• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work area

Requirements:

• Experience in a shipping or receiving position

• Valid forklift/counterbalance certification necessary

• Proficient with Windows and Outlook software

• High school diploma or GED required

• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
