With over 35 years in manufacturing, Durabuilt is a leading window and door manufacturer located in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Lamination Machine Operator, you will ensure machine operations run smoothly and meet strict quality benchmarks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate production logs, adjusting machinery for seamless changeovers, and driving continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and calibrate lamination machinery accurately
• Maintain logs of production, defects, and performance
• Adjust machines for different production needs
• Inspect test products for quality assurance
• Promote safety and adherence to health regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC operations
• Knowledge of lamination setups and cutting tools
• Familiar with Lean and 6S methodologies
• High School Diploma essential
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
