Air Products Production Superintendent Position

Lead operations at Air Products’ cutting-edge facility in Edmonton as a Production Superintendent. Your focus on safety and process excellence will drive our industrial operations forward.

In this senior role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and improving operational efficiencies. As a mentor and leader, you’ll foster talent within the team while managing maintenance schedules and process safety management programs. Ensure continuous improvement from a strong technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce occupational safety and operating procedures

• Train and evaluate personnel in operational processes

• Oversee maintenance and safety compliance programs

• Participate in budgeting and financial planning

• Lead incident investigation and emergency response efforts

Requirements:

• Power Engineering certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 15+ years of relevant industrial experience; 3+ years in a supervisory role

• Proficiency in managing hazardous operations

• Knowledge in safety programs and compliance

• Strong leadership and communication skills
