The Mechanical Line Specialist will play a vital role in our Maintenance team, ensuring that our state-of-the-art equipment runs smoothly. This full-time position requires hands-on skills in using tools, effective communication with the team, and adherence to safety policies. The ideal candidate has a mechanical inclination and at least one year of related experience in manufacturing or production settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on rubber processing equipment
• Communicate with Maintenance staff for prioritizing repairs
• Vacuum equipment and clear debris using aerial lifts
• Conduct pre-job hazard assessments and equipment inspections
• Lift heavy materials for loading and unloading tasks
Requirements:
• One year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Fall Protection and Aerial Lift Certifications
• Effective verbal and written English communication
• First Aid Certification is a plus
