CNC Programmer at Crossroads C&I

Crossroads C&I Edmonton is looking for a CNC Programmer with 2-5 years of programming software experience. You will play a key role in supporting our fabrication process, developing CAD customizations, and optimizing workflows. Your strong problem-solving skills will enhance team collaboration while you positively impact our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify CNC parts using CAD software

• Collaborate with Engineering Team on project specifications

• Optimize manufacturing workflows to enhance production

• Maintain communication with internal teams for project updates

• Implement CAD automation techniques for efficiencies

Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ CNC programming experience

• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (Rhino, SigmaNEST preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Knowledge of Solid Works is an asset
