You will ensure molds meet strict quality specifications, leveraging your skills in sanding, grinding, and gelcoat application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restore molds to factory-quality through detailed techniques

• Execute gelcoat repairs, including buffing and color matching

• Carry out structural repairs with resin systems and fiberglass

• Conduct regular maintenance on mold surfaces to reduce downtime

• Document all repairs and ensure molds meet quality standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; additional experience preferred

• Minimum 3 years in related mold repair roles, 5+ years preferred

• In-depth understanding of composite materials and curing

• Proven track record in mold restoration work

• Competent in using hand tools safely
