Key Responsibilities:

• Perform greenhouse tasks under supervision

• Pick, load, and maintain plants efficiently

• Clean bays and assist in site preparation

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

• Show willingness to learn and follow directions

Requirements:

• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Ability to understand and speak English

• Reliable transportation to work

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work mornings starting at 5:30am
