Weekend Night Shift Metal Coating Technician

Elevate your technical skills with O.E.M. Remanufacturing Company Inc. as a Metal Coating Technician on a permanent weekend night shift. Focus on salvaging engine components using Thermal Spray and precision tools.

This position is critical for salvaging blocks, crankshafts, and more, adhering to specifications and repair standards. You will be responsible for prepping parts and operating Thermal Spray Equipment while utilizing measuring tools. Applicants should possess relevant experience in machine or welding environments along with strong organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep and set up pieces for Thermal Spray application

• Operate Thermal Spray Equipment effectively

• Utilize measuring tools for precision work

• Complete other assigned duties as necessary

• Comply with safety regulations and policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months in Wage Grade 3 or higher

• Preferred experience in machine, welding, or grinding shops

• Forklift and crane operation experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Fit for respirator use and able to handle noise and vibrations
