Position: Arena Maintenance Operator Role at Twin Rinks
Play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of Twin Rinks Arena while ensuring high standards of ice maintenance. As an Arena Maintenance Operator, you’ll handle crucial tasks like flooding and equipment upkeep.

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, this position involves not just ice resurfacing but also miscellaneous repairs around the facility. You’ll maintain the Zamboni and monitor the ice plant regularly, documenting your findings carefully. Customer interaction and safety practices are also major components of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out flooding and edging tasks on ice promptly

• Monitor and document ice plant operations

• Maintain and repair Zamboni and associated equipment

• Keep the facility clean and safe for all users

• Address customer needs with respect and kindness

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Certification as Arena Operator Level 1 is an asset

• Proficient in operating a Zamboni

• Possess mechanical aptitude for equipment handling

• Strong communication and organizational abilities
