Position Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Operator to join our team in Edmonton, AB. This is a part-time weekend shift position
. In this role, you will work in a team setting to deliver high-quality products that meet cost and performance targets. You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Shift Details

Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday - 7pm to 7am

  • Monday,
    or Friday - 11:15pm to 7:15am

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned work in compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, health and safety standards, and on-time delivery goals.

  • Conduct routine calibrations, qualifications, and equipment setups to maintain optimal performance.

  • Manage time and equipment usage efficiently to achieve production objectives.

  • Promote teamwork across shifts and foster a positive work environment focused on quality and best practices.

  • Demonstrate professionalism through strong work habits, time management, productivity, and safety awareness.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in efficiency, profitability, material utilization, and tool usage.

  • Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and team regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost issues.

  • Assist in updating work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation.

  • Support process development and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

  • Adhere to and recommend improvements for the 5S+1 program and contamination control protocols.

  • Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment (preferred).

  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership qualities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
