A busy Edmonton shop is hiring 50 full-time Structural Welders and Structural Fitters for immediate starts on available day and night shifts. These roles focus on structural steel fabrication, welding, fitting, assembly, and blueprint-driven work for large-scale projects. Applicants must be local to Edmonton and must have their Blue Book. Ideal candidates are experienced structural tradespeople comfortable working safely and accurately in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Must be local to Edmonton
• Must have a Blue Book
• Relevant structural welding or structural fitting experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced shop/manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Experience using applicable hand and power tools
• Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations
• Ability to follow workplace health and safety requirements
• Physical ability to handle the demands of structural fabrication and assembly work
• Structural Welders require proficiency in structural welding, including MIG and TIG processes
• Structural Welders require experience with fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters and press brake machines
• Structural Fitters require proficiency in structural assembly and fitting
• Structural Fitters require experience with rigging and crane operations
• Structural Fitters require welding, plasma-cutting, machining, and fabrication knowledge

• Construction experience involving ductwork or steel assembly
• Welding certifications
• Forklift certification
