Reporting directly to the Machine Shop Foreman, you will manage shop workflows, ensuring that team members meet customer expectations while fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will help enhance productivity and improve product quality through strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion workplace safety measures
• Oversee delivery schedules and capacity planning
• Identify and resolve productivity bottlenecks
• Guarantee high standards of customer service
• Assess workmanship quality of products
Requirements:
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Alberta Journeyman Ticket or Red Seal Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of machinist experience
• Comprehensive understanding of CNC and manual techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and safety credentials
