What We Offer About This Role Under the supervision of the Production Supervisors, the Machine Helper-Operator is responsible for providing the necessary support and help for operating the Hyppo sealer and Hayssen or any other machines for our various formats of products. He/She helps coordinating the packaging process while respecting all health and safety, food safety, quality and production rules and regulations in place.
YOUR CHALLENGES:
Help operating and feeding the Hyppo sealer and Hayssen production machine and equipment such as: labeling, loading the machine with the necessary products, or any other tasks related to the curd room.
Help the operators and supervisors coordinating the entire packaging process according to the production plan.
Wash, sanitize and perform equipment maintenance.
Complete all production and packaging reports.
Perform all tasks and actions safety and according to quality standards (HACCP).What You HaveWHAT YOU HAVE:
Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou une combinaison d’études et d’expérience jugées équivalentes;
Bonne aptitude mécanique à identifier et trouver des solutions pour opérer différents équipements de production(atout).Aptitude physique : Être capable de soulever des poids pouvant excéder 20 kg; être en mouvement continu pendant la durée de votre quart de travail.
Avoir un sens supérieur pour le respect des standards élevés de santé et sécurité au travail ; ainsi que des règles sanitaires en vigueur.
Posséder un sens des responsabilités et d’autonomie ; jumelé à la capacité de collaborer et de travailler en équipe dans un environnement hautement dynamique et à rythme élevé.Être en mesure de manipuler des produits chimiques de façon sécuritaire; et maintenir la propreté dans votre station de travail.
Expérience dans un poste similaire dans un environnement d'amélioration continue et de production organisé (atout)
Faire preuve de minutie et un grand souci du détail;Être fiable, polyvalent et flexible.
