Stream-Flo is hiring skilled CNC Set-Up Operators for a pivotal role that involves efficiently setting up and operating CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality components.

In this position, precision is key as you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet exact specifications and standards. Key activities include stamping IDs on parts, managing machining non-conformances, and maintaining work area safety and equipment condition. Effective use of our ERP system for job documentation is essential, along with actively seeking ways to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high product quality meets specifications

• Stamp identification on work pieces accurately

• Identify machining errors and separate non-conforming parts

• Maintain workplace and equipment in top condition

• Report issues and document records appropriately

Requirements:

• Post-secondary CNC certificate or diploma preferred

• 1–2 years CNC operational experience required

• Knowledge of CAD reading and programming

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team
