We are seeking detail-oriented and physically capable General Labourers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for wrapping heavy-duty rubber piping onto large spindles using machinery and manual techniques. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the physical stamina required for continuous heavy lifting in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Schedule:

Enjoy built-in multi-day breaks with the 3/2 and 2/3 continental shift pattern.

Immediate Openings: 4 full-time positions available across both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities
Spindle & Pipe Operation:
Manually guide, align, and wrap rubber piping securely onto large industrial spindles according to product specifications.

Material Handling & Heavy Lifting:
Safely lift, pull, move, and position heavy rubber hose materials and completed spindles throughout the shift.

Quality & Detail Inspection:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure pipes are wrapped evenly, tightly, and without defects.

Team Communication:
Work closely with team members and shift supervisors to meet daily production quotas and maintain safety standards.

Safety & Workplace Standards:
Follow all plant safety guidelines, keep workstations clean and organized, and report any material or machinery issues promptly.

Qualifications
Physical Capability:
Comfortable with continuous heavy lifting, standing, bending, and pulling throughout a 12-hour shift.

Attention to Detail:
Strong eye for detail to ensure precise material wrapping and product quality.

Communication:
Clear verbal communication skills (5/5 proficiency) to collaborate effectively with production leads and teammates.

Shift Flexibility:
Able to work a 12-hour rotating continental schedule (3 days on / 2 days off pattern).

Orientation Requirement:
Fully available to complete the mandatory 1-week daytime training (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Administrative Requirement:
Willingness to sign the standard Overtime Averaging Agreement prior to onboarding.
