Silent-Aire Limited Partnership is seeking a skilled Welder in Nisku, Alberta, specializing in custom metal fabrication for data center solutions.

Your role will focus on MIG, ARC, and TIG welding processes in a collaborative environment.

As a Welder, you'll be tasked with detailed fabrication and assembly work based on specific drawings, ensuring quality and safety standards. This includes operating welding equipment and conducting inspections, while also assisting in training junior staff. The focus will be on achieving production goals and constant improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret welding blueprints and specifications accurately

• Operate various welding machinery proficiently

• Conduct repairs and modifications as needed

• Compile accurate reports of work completed

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have Red Seal or AIT certification

• Valid welding certifications for multiple processes

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and following safety guidelines
