- Floater to join our packaging team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will help prepare and pack chicks for shipment to farms, ensure humane handling, and perform quality control in a fast-paced environment.
This floater role requires flexibility across shifts, including early morning and evening, physical strength for heavy lifting, and the ability to work in warmer conditions with potential odors.
