As a Manufacturing Process Operator, you will produce precision-engineered MEMS devices through controlled manufacturing processes. The work includes equipment setup, calibration, qualification, performance monitoring, and process consistency checks. You will collaborate across shifts while supporting production, delivery, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing processes following quality and safety procedures
Perform equipment setups, calibrations, and qualifications
Monitor equipment performance and process consistency
Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost
Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism, accountability, and commitment to safety
Manufacturing or clean room experience is advantageous
