Apply MIG and Arc welding expertise in Allredi’s Leduc manufacturing team, fabricating equipment and prototypes during day-shift production work. Some evenings and weekends support business goals.
Allredi manufactures and distributes abrasive blasting equipment and supplies across North America. This welder fabricates production equipment and new product prototypes safely using tools, assembly equipment, fixtures, and material handling equipment. The work requires careful drawing interpretation, machinery operation, and preparation for powder coating or painting.
Key Responsibilities:- Read engineering drawings, welding specifications, and SOPs
- Perform MIG and Arc welding, fabrication, and setup
- Operate and maintain welding and fabrication machinery
- Prepare metal for powder coating or painting
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety practices
- Previous welding experience is essential
- Proficiency with MIG and Arc welding
- Ability to lift 70 pounds or less
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
