As a Production Team Leader, you will engage employees and keep operations running smoothly. You will lead teams, support production targets, manage staffing levels, and optimize productivity and recovery. The role requires manufacturing experience, communication skills, and a demonstrated focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example on all safety matters
- Inspire and coach teams toward results
- Meet production targets and manage staffing levels
- Identify and report maintenance and safety issues
- Optimize productivity and recovery
- Completion of Grade 12
- Two to three years leading teams
- Three to five years in manufacturing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
