Lead warehouse shipping and receiving operations onsite in Spruce Grove, Alberta, using daily oversight, dock coordination, and KPI tracking. Work days from 6:00AM to 4:30PM.
Cam Tran seeks a Team Lead for its permanent, fulltime warehouse operation. You will guide employees, communicate shipping timelines, provide status updates, and troubleshoot bottlenecks. The work includes coordination with the Value Stream Supervisor, shippers, receivers, plants, carriers, and operators.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and follow Leader Standard Work daily
- Complete Start-Up Checks and conduct team huddles
- Assess manpower and break coverage with the supervisor
- Coordinate dock communication, deliveries, delays, and expedited items
- Update dashboards, review efficiencies, and use KPI metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing team leadership experience preferred
- Experience working with multiple carrier companies
- Forklift, winch, or material-handling machinery operation
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production control systems
