Role Overview
The Promotions Coordinator will work with the team to plan a variety of promotions focused mainly on promoting BSSF’s school fundraiser and student leadership program; it may also involve promoting other initiatives such as sponsorship and spring programs. The coordinator will manage the promotional budgets and plan mail, e‑mail, and social media promotions. The role runs from April 2026 to January 2027, heavier during spring/summer and lighter in late fall.

• Collaborate with other team members to develop creative promotion strategies
• Write business emails/letters to schools and potential sponsors promoting the BSSF
• Collaborate with graphic designers to plan and design flyers
• Help organize the BSSF’s promotional budget
• Develop creative and innovative ideas for promotions
• Work with promotional timelines and deadlines, ensuring everything is completed on time

• Applicants must be grade school students in grades 7‑12 during the 2026‑2027 school year.
• Experience in planning events/projects and marketing experience is recommended.
• Own laptop with internet access and camera.
• Must be a Canadian grade school student in grades 7‑12 in the 2026‑2027 school year.
