We are seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and execute strategic communications plans that engage employees, support leaders, and enhance our brand. This role blends hands-on execution with advisory responsibilities, managing internal and external messaging, multi-channel content, promotional programs, and supporting product marketing initiatives. The Communications Specialist is responsible for:

Develop, implement, and measure communications strategies aligned with organizational goals

Create high-quality content for internal and external audiences (newsletters, leadership updates, press releases, product announcements)

Advise leaders and business units on messaging and communications approaches

Manage multi-channel communications including intranet, websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms

Support promotional programs, vendor relationships, and product marketing initiatives

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives

Post-secondary degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline is an asset

5–7 years of progressive experience in communications, corporate marketing, or public relations

Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills; ability to adapt tone for different audiences

Experience advising leaders and influencing communication strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMS, CRM, and social media management tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
