We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who is a very strong copywriter
, especially for video content
. This is a performance marketing role. Your work will show up in paid social ads and will be measured by its results.
This is a video‑focused role on paid social ads that sell our products through educational marketing. As an injury rehab brand, our content needs to talk about injuries, rehab concepts, and how our products work.
You don’t need a physiotherapy background for this roleWhat matters is your ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, and turn technical or clinical ideas into content that everyday people can understand and trust.
You’ll be responsible for- Helping people understand why and how product works for their injury
- Using education + entertainment to sell our products
- Turning rehab, physiotherapy, and product concepts into simple, digestible ideas
- Writing video hooks and scripts that sound natural on camera
- Write short‑form and long‑form video ad scripts
- Break down customer pain, objections, and skepticism into persuasive messaging
- Work with creators and editors to make sure the idea is executed properly
- Review performance and iterate until it’s better
We’re looking for people who:
- Are ambitious and want to be genuinely great at what they do

Skills we expect- Very strong writing for spoken word / video
- Solid understanding of direct‑response marketing
- Good understanding of e‑commerce and conversion
- Ability to simplify complex or technical topics
- Creative thinking and angle development
- Comfortable writing for video, email, and landing pages
- 5+ years in copywriting, creative strategy, or direct‑response roles
- Experience in DTC, health, fitness, or rehab is a plus
