We are looking for a self-starting Social & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution and help bring our brand voice to life across digital channels.

What you’ll do
* Support execution of marketing campaigns across social and digital platforms
* Create and schedule content for social media channels
* Assist in building and maintaining email marketing campaigns (Salesforce experience is an asset, not required)
* Create basic digital assets (graphics, posts, simple creative using tools like Canva or similar)
* Maintain a content calendar and support social media planning
* Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and promotions
* Support creation and upkeep of official brand platforms and updates

What we’re looking for
* Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong writing and communication skills (copywriting ability is important)
* Comfortable with digital tools and social media platforms
* Organized with strong attention to detail
* Willingness to learn email platforms and marketing systems (Salesforce an asset)
* Able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly as needs shift
* French language skills are an asset but not required
* Creative, resourceful, and not afraid to “figure it out”Nice to have (but not required)
* Experience with Canva or similar design tools
* Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
* Exposure to social media scheduling tools
* Internship or co-op experience in marketing, communications, or digital content

* Content is consistent, on-brand, and delivered on time
* Social channels are active and well-organized
* Marketing campaigns are supported smoothly and accurately
