Finning Canada is seeking a strategic Internal Communications Advisor for a permanent position. You'll work collaboratively with the HR Team and other leaders to craft clear, impactful messages.
Your role will include managing various communications initiatives that highlight employee achievements and support organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead internal communications strategies for HR initiatives
• Create engaging content for employee updates and calls
• Develop profiles spotlighting employee contributions
• Contribute to crisis and cybersecurity communication plans
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
• 6–10 years in journalism or communications
• 3+ years working with senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
• Proven storytelling and organizational skills
• High discretion in handling sensitive information
