Join a dynamic team at The Brick where you'll be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns through Listrak Next Gen. With responsibilities ranging from campaign planning to performance analysis, your role will be integral to ensuring all communications are timely, accurate, and engaging. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong design and organizational abilities combined with a passion for lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing calendars for email and SMS campaigns
• Design email creatives in Figma for optimized deployment
• Conduct thorough testing for quality assurance
• Support automated customer journey setups
• Analyze campaign data for ongoing improvements
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in CRM or email marketing
• Knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics is a plus
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
