Be part of the Canadian Red Cross as a Communications Specialist in a hybrid work environment. Facilitate impactful communication strategies that resonate throughout the organization and its community initiatives.
In this temporary position, you will leverage 4-7 years of experience to shape content development and strategic communications.
Your role will encompass research insights, stakeholder collaboration, and the maintenance of communications tools to enhance community engagement. Ensure messaging is clear and reaches all intended audiences effectively while supporting disaster response initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and evaluate organizational communication strategies
• Provide daily technical support for content and asset management
• Collaborate with partners to enhance communication efficacy
• Monitor and analyze communication success metrics
• Develop training materials for internal tools adoption
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of relevant communications experience
• Bilingual in English and French (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in digital publishing and monitoring tools
• Strong writing and editing skills across formats
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve complex problems
