Content Strategist

We're a boutique digital marketing agency working with a curated roster of consumer brands and local institutions across North America. Social content, paid ads, video scripts, email campaigns, brand strategy. We do it all, and we do it well.

We're looking for a Content Strategist & Account Manager who takes the craft of writing seriously, moves fast across multiple brand voices, and wants to own a real body of work at a growing agency. You'll work directly with our Founder and sit at the creative centre of everything we produce. This role has a clear path to full-time for the right person.

• Lead monthly content strategy across client accounts - researching trends, finding the angles, and building plans that actually serve the brand's goals
• Write social scripts, Meta ad scripts, social captions, static ad copy, Meta ad headlines, and newsletters in the right voice
• Conduct keyword research and support initial ad setup for new campaigns
• Build and maintain brand voice documentation for each client
• Comfort utilizing AI tools to support consistent, on-brand content production at scale, without relying on AI as a creative substitute. Our work is human‑first and story‑driven; AI systems are used to optimize workflows, streamline production, and enhance efficiency, not replace strategic thinking, creativity, or human insight.
• Serve as the creative quality checkpoint; work alongside the founder to have final eyes on all content before it moves to scheduling and publishing
• Stay looped into client communications to maintain account context without owning the relationship directly

• Have 2–4 years of experience in content, copywriting, or digital marketing. Agency experience strongly preferred
• Are an exceptional writer who can shift between brand voices without losing personality, clarity, or impact
• Have real experience writing short‑form video scripts. You understand hooks, pacing, and what makes someone keep watching
• Feel equally at home in creative and analytical headspace
• Can articulate what makes a brand voice distinct and translate that into something repeatable and scalable
• Are self‑directed, organized, and proactive - you manage your own deadlines and flag things before they become problems
• Are based in Canada and available during standard business hours
