Milwaukee Product Marketing Coordinator – TTI CANADA INC.
Full-Time | Co-op.
Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking passionate students with effective communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain great working relationships with the marketing and sales team. In this role, you will support and implement new brand and marketing initiatives for new products. You will work closely alongside Product Managers as you manage and communicate on several key projects. Applicants should also possess the ability to build relationships and merchandise product with our partners to help develop a bigger in‑store presence.
WhatYou Will Do
- Assist the Product Manager and Product Specialist in their day‑to‑day operations, allowing them to use time more effectively while you develop integral skills in the corporate working world.
- Work with the Product Specialist to track and manage the SOS program.
- Build presentation decks for the MX FUEL team and occasionally present to internal teams.
- Use resources like BI and Power BI to improve reporting and information analysis for the product team.
- Assist with internal and external MX FUEL product knowledge and training, including working with our new training facility and developing the next generation of TTI employees.
- Assist in shipment management through Drew Rd. for 2025 MX FUEL events (roughly 17 events – significant dedication to logistics).
- Kickstart new projects for the MX FUEL team (Service initiative, sales blitz, etc.).
- Plan and execute events with the Product Specialist in 2025.
- Provide communication between the product team and field/sales teams when required.
- Currently enrolled as a student in a post‑secondary co‑op program.
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for the length of the term.
- Occasional local travel required.
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft applications.
- Effective communication skills, broad business sense and market savvy.
- Proven time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and facilitation skills.
