Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive
brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role combines digital marketing, brand management, AI-driven marketing strategies, and event coordination while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth goalsManage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and website platformsLeverage AI tools to optimize content creation, campaign performance, audience targeting, and marketing automationAnalyze campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to improve engagement and ROIPlan, coordinate, and oversee onsite marketing events, launches, open houses, and community activationsMaintain brand consistency across digital and print marketing materials and communicationsCollaborate with sales teams, designers, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful campaign executionManage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships while identifying opportunities for continuous improvementResearch emerging marketing trends, technologies, and AI solutions to improve marketing performance and efficiencyYour strengths include:3-6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, home building, or a related industryHands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, automation, analytics, or campaign optimizationStrong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and performance trackingExperience planning and managing events, onsite activations, and lead generation initiativesStrong project management, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to interpret marketing data and make informed, results-driven decisionsExcellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilitiesExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external vendorsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events
