As a part of the Communications and Citizen Engagement Department, you will design and implement digital strategies while maintaining relationships with internal teams and community partners. Showcasing superior communication skills, you will also oversee content creation for digital platforms and ensure that the government’s voice is effectively conveyed. Your dedication will contribute to elevating the digital presence of the Métis Government.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital communication plans
• Ensure two-way communication with social media followers
• Create engaging presentations and reports
• Collaborate on various digital communication projects
• Monitor digital media trends and address potential issues
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in communications
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems
• Strong aptitude for managing multiple projects
• Understanding of Métis culture and governance
