In this role, the Marketing and Communications Assistant will work 20 flexible hours biweekly to enhance community awareness and engagement efforts. Your tasks will include drafting communications, maintaining website content, and coordinating internal newsletters. Bring your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all messaging aligns with Excel Society's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and format communications for internal and external audiences

• Update and manage the website for clarity and accuracy

• Support the distribution of newsletters and community initiatives

• Schedule and monitor social media content postings

• Gather impactful stories and content from various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in marketing or related fields

• Experience in communications or digital content

• Strong written communication and editing skills

• Proficient in social media and Microsoft 365 applications

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
