Senior Strategist:
You own the strategy on the accounts you support. Research, audits, competitive scans, content evaluations, and the frameworks themselves (e.g., ABM, connected journeys, etc.). You set the direction alongside our Director of Strategy rather than waiting to receive it, and you review the work of the strategists coming up behind you. You will be measured on the quality of your thinking, the pace you hold, and whether your work needs a second pair of eyes.

You go deeper than you were asked to. Given a competitor list, you come back with the pattern across them rather than just the raw insights. Given a meeting transcript, you will read between the lines to decode what the client really wants. You have real B2B or technology marketing experience behind you, and you want harder problems to solve. You're familiar with most of the deliverables, and you are curious about the ones you do not.

You are fast, and you check your work. We have hundreds of active projects throughout the year, which means concurrent audits, research pulls, and strategy presentations. You will be expected to move fast, powered by agentic tools, but be accountable for the output.

You already use AI tools, and you push them harder than most people do. You are also able to spot AI slop and AI-isms and know how to fix them.

You write clearly. Your analysis reads like something a client could act on rather than a pile of notes for someone else to interpret.

Working at the frontier, you are partnering with the largest technology companies in the world from your first day. Microsoft, HP, SAP, AMD, Qualcomm. The work is complex, technical, and genuinely interesting.

You will use AI agent tools most organizations don't have yet for research synthesis, competitive audits, content scoring, and project analysis. The tools handle assembly so your time goes into judgment and taste.

You will mentor. You will review the work of strategists earlier in their careers, explain the reasoning, and hand them responsibility as they become ready. There is a defined path from this seat to Associate Director of Strategy and beyond.

You are joining a diverse, remote-first team, with people across San Diego, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver, and the Asia Pacific region. Remote gives you real flexibility over how and where you work.

The pace is demanding.

B2B technology has a steep learning curve. Channel ecosystems, buying committees, partner marketing, silicon and ISV alliances. Nobody expects you to know it on day one, but we do expect that you will put in the effort to learn it quickly.

AI is a core part of how we work. You will be expected to adopt the tools quickly and provide constructive feedback to improve processes and quality of output.
