Graphic Design Assistant Co-op

Create promotional graphics for CSI at Conestoga College’s Doon Campus while applying Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.
The Graphic Design Assistant Co-op develops advertising, signage, branding, and social media materials for CSI events and activities. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this position works closely with departments and the Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Work may occur at other locations or remotely, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and distribute print and digital promotional materials
Create social media graphics, advertisements, and updated signage
Maintain accurate bulletin board materials and activity calendars
Follow CSI branding regulations across promotional communications
Support displays, campus posters, and advertising submissions
Requirements:
Full-time enrollment as a fee-paying Conestoga College student
Enrollment in an approved program and Co-op Work Term
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience
Access to Adobe Creative Suite and suitable computer
Creative design ability, accuracy, reliability, and deadline management
Apply graphic design, branding, and production skills while supporting student-focused communications across Conestoga College campuses.
