Your responsibilities will encompass recruiting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers. With your strong organizational skills, you will manage volunteer schedules and facilitate the community's connection to programs and initiatives. Requirements:
• Experience in HR, community engagement, or volunteer roles
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse groups
• Comfort in administrative tasks and data management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with volunteer software is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license needed for occasional events
