Advisor in Project Development

Position: Cuso International Advisor in Project Development
Location: Beaumont

Drive community growth as a Project Development Advisor with Cuso International in Lima, Peru. This volunteer role for 5 months invites you to contribute to inclusive socio-economic initiatives.

You will work alongside local stakeholders to scout, develop, and propose projects that elevate the capabilities of underserved groups. With a strong emphasis on corporate engagement, your work will enhance the capacity of strategic partners while helping to secure objectives in alignment with Cuso's mission. Make use of your experience in training and project management to support impactful development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for local growth initiatives

• Facilitate training for local community stakeholders

• Contribute to funding proposals at various levels

• Collaborate closely with the Cuso International Programs team

• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Social Sciences or related area

• Experience in project management and CSR initiatives

• Proven ability to work in diverse environments

• Interest in engaging with indigenous communities

• Strong independent and collaborative work skills
