In United Way’s Customer Care team, you will play a pivotal role supporting workplace fundraising by aiding Employee Campaign Chairs and building rapport with volunteers. Your organizational and problem-solving skills will be essential in achieving fundraising objectives and maintaining effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research on fundraising accounts
• Plan and execute workplace campaigns with ECCs
• Coordinate speakers and materials for events
• Manage community engagement and respond to stakeholder inquiries
• Oversee post-campaign evaluation and funds collection
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license for travel in Edmonton
• Experience in fundraising and event planning a plus
