This role allows you to lead youth programs tailored for military families, working closely with teens to bridge the gap through mentorship and support. Your relational approach will drive community outreach and spiritual growth, empowering young individuals facing frequent relocations and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with youth and local communities

• Organize outreach programs for unchurched teens

• Equip volunteers to engage in youth programs

• Adapt to the unique military life experiences

• Showcase professionalism aligned with ministry values

Requirements:

• Passion for Christ and connecting with teens

• Strong communication skills with military leaders

• Preferred three years of relevant youth ministry experience

• Willingness to support the ministry financially

• Enthusiastic and relational mindset
