Commencing in August 2026, this five-month volunteer role emphasizes supporting disadvantaged communities through strategic project proposals. Applicants need strong Spanish skills and relevant educational backgrounds in International Development or related fields. Your contributions will enhance local capacities and create impactful initiatives in collaboration with various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish connections with Canadian companies in Cusco
• Provide training to local stakeholders on business activities
• Participate in proposal creation for enterprise funding
• Assist Cuso’s Programs team during site activities
• Execute additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• Degree in Project Management or related discipline
• Background in corporate social responsibility preferred
• Experience in NGOs or international organizations
• Skills in social diagnostics and process facilitation
• Must effectively prioritize and collaborate in a team
