Donor Development Specialist

Enhance fundraising efforts as a Donor Development Specialist at Catholic Social Services in Edmonton. Implement strategies to attract and retain donors while coordinating engaging campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with donors

• Manage donor database and update records

• Assist in logistics for fundraising events

• Analyze fundraising data and report on performance
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Relations

• 2-3 years of experience in fundraising or development

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in donor management software

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
