Drive impactful fundraising efforts with YESS as an Annual Giving Coordinator in Edmonton. Lead individual donor initiatives, enhance relationships, and support community growth.
As a full-time Development Coordinator, you will report directly to the Fund Development and Third-Party Manager. Your main focus will be cultivating donor relationships and executing fundraising campaigns that align with YESS's mission to prevent youth homelessness. Expect to engage with lapsed and active donors while building a sustainable support foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and support individual donor relationships
• Manage logistics for fundraising campaigns
• Prepare engaging materials for donor outreach
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies
• Generate regular progress reports on donor engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong individual donor stewardship and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor databases
• Clear police clearance and Child Intervention check
• Commitment to fostering teamwork and communication
