Position: Edmonton Donor Relations Development Role
Join STARS as a Donor Relations and Development Officer in Edmonton. Engage with the community to raise critical funds for life-saving healthcare missions in Alberta.

This full-time role is vital to our Foundation team, requiring 3 to 5 years of sales or fundraising experience. You’ll work as an ambassador, driving relationships with new and existing donors. Preparing high-quality proposals will be essential in securing major gifts to support our critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance efforts to secure funding for missions

• Expand and manage donor relationships strategically

• Identify, solicit, and steward major gifts

• Create and present impactful proposals

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience in sales or fundraising

• Relevant degree preferred

• Strong track record in major gift solicitation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
