Position: Engagement Officer for MCSC Initiatives
Become a driving force in community safety as an Engagement Officer with the Missing Children Society of Canada (MCSC). This remote flexible role focuses on outreach, partnerships, and digital engagement initiatives.

MCSC is looking for a mission-driven Engagement Officer to elevate community impact across Canada. In this role, you will coordinate outreach strategies and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring culturally sensitive engagement. Contribute to advancing MCSC's Rescu app and Missing Persons Search Network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote MCSC initiatives through events and digital campaigns

• Build and maintain partnerships with key organizations

• Support volunteer recruitment and training processes

• Monitor and assess social media engagement

• Assist in program delivery and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant community engagement experience

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work background

• Excellent communication and relationship skills

• Experience with diverse and underserved populations

• Familiarity with digital engagement strategies

Support critical initiatives for community safety and public awareness at MCSC.
