Become a Project Development Advisor with Cuso International in Cali, Colombia, starting July 2026. This volunteer role is crucial for fostering economic resilience in disadvantaged communities.
You will collaborate with the Colombia WWB Foundation to develop and implement project proposals that align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate project proposals using cooperation tools
• Monitor project timelines and evaluate results
• Assist in budget creation and financial reporting
• Track commitments and manage risk mitigation
• Ensure project alignment with donor requirements
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in International Development or related area
• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising for international organizations
• Strong proposal development background
• Proven experience in budgeting for complex projects
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish
