Make a difference at ZBCC as the Associate Pastor of Emerging Generations. This role focuses on discipleship and outreach to young people and their families.
You will collaborate with the staff and Ministry Council to guide the congregation, particularly targeting the youth demographic. This position calls for deep relational engagement with students and young adults, encouraging them in their walk with Christ while empowering volunteers to nurture their spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster transformative faith experiences for youth
• Cultivate and lead volunteer teams for ministry impact
• Provide direction in partnership with the Ministry Council
Requirements:
• Strong relationship with Jesus Christ aligning with 1 Timothy 3:1–7
• Support for ZBCC's Statement of Beliefs
• Record of service as part of a church community
• Demonstrated experience in youth or volunteer leadership
• Relevant educational background in ministry
